On March 5th, the Savings Groups and Savings-led Microfinance Community of Practice met to discuss some of the ways to adapt SGs to better fit fragile contexts. We heard from Ricot St. Paulin from HOPE Haiti and Jeremy Phillips from Seed Effect. We discussed how savings groups can help build resilience in unstable and challenging communities, and some unique perspectives Christian NGOs can offer in these environments.
